The Complete report can be given as a gift. You get a code and a link, and the recipient redeems it on their own device. Owners and gift recipients never pay twice: sign in to keep a purchase across devices.
Why one payment instead of a subscription?
Because a measurement is not a service you consume monthly. Your report is computed once, from your photographs, and then it is yours. You keep it. You can re-open it on any device you sign in on, and adding more angles later re-runs the analysis at no further cost.
If your face changes and you want it measured again, run it again.
Why can I see the report before I pay?
Because the analysis runs on your device, not ours. Every measurement is taken in your browser, so your result exists on your machine the moment it is computed. Your photograph leaves it for one step only — drawing the AI mock-ups in the Complete report — and is not stored.
Everything you see under the lock was genuinely measured from your photograph, not blurred stock content.
How do referral codes work?
Every report gets its own code and link. When a friend enters your code on the scan page (or opens your link) and finishes a free scan, they pick one locked section of their report and it opens free.
If your own report is the free one, you get one too: each friend who finishes a scan with your code lets you open one more locked section of yours, your choice. If you have the Complete report, everything is already open, so your code is simply a gift to your friends. The code is printed on your share card, so anyone who sees the card can use it. One section per friend; a code counts once per person and once per device.
Can I get a refund?
No. Every sale is final. The free scan measures your own photo and shows you exactly what the Complete report contains before you pay, and the report is delivered in full the moment payment clears. That applies to gift codes too.
The only exception is money taken in error: a duplicate charge, or a payment that did not unlock a report because of a fault on our side. The full terms.
What happens to my photograph?
It is measured on your device. Landmark detection, every measurement, the skin analysis and the report are computed in your browser, and the free scan uploads nothing. Open your browser's Network tab, run a scan and watch.
On the Complete report, a crop of your front photo is sent to an image model to draw your AI mock-ups. It is not used for training, and the photo itself is not kept. Exactly what goes where.
How does this compare with a paid consultation report?
You get the same measurement layer: landmarks, ratios, population norms, a score, a masculinity–femininity axis, face shape, feature cut-outs and an evidence-graded protocol. It is delivered in seconds rather than weeks, with an error bar on every value. Every formula is published in advance on our methodology page, and your other angles are treated as measurements rather than illustration.
